Dr. Leung is a director of Soin Esthetic Association. He holds a Bachelor and a Doctoral degree in Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer.
Dr. Leung has extensive experience in the education and training field. He started his career in the teaching profession as a lecturer in a technical institute and progressed subsequently to a Principal in heading an Institute of Vocational Education. Before his retirement from the Vocational Training Council in December 2013, Dr. Leung was a Senior Assistant Executive Director taking charge of various training activities of different industries in Hong Kong. In view of his contributions to ipsn, Dr. Leung received his honorary award from ipsn in 2014.
In terms of community services, Dr. Leung is the Honorary President of the Cosmetic & Perfumery Association of Hong Kong, a member of the Consumer Relations Committee of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong, a member of the Advisory Board for Asia Pacific Institute of Ageing Studies of Lingnan University of Hong Kong, and an advisor of the Community Care and Nursing Home Workers General Union of Hong Kong. He is also the Resident Advisor of the China Planning Institute on Ageing of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China

Government organization under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labor in Korea, it is in charge of establishing and closing national licenses for the services and technical industries in Korea, and it is also in charge of human resource exchange with various other nations and of training.

Anne Millar is an extremely successful Auckland-based hairdresser and a valued member of the HITO Board. She has been an outstanding member of our industry for more than 40 years, running salons and training many hairdressers over that period.
Anne is also an HITO Ambassador and an Industry Assessor. Anne runs assessments for hairdressing apprentices all over New Zealand, making sure all apprentices meet the standard set by HITO when performing hairdressing skills, Anne has been an active assessor for over 25 years.
Ms. Worachanatip Janthanu

Ms. Worachanatip Janthanu is experienced in qualifications system and international accreditation system. She has worked with TPQI since its founding and has built an extensive network with beauty professionals across the country. She has worked arm in arm with them to raise the standards and strengthen the industry. In addition, she has been a member of the National Accreditation Council of Thailand’s Committee on Inspection Bodies and Certification Bodies and has helped quality assure and benchmark the system to international best practices. She has represented TPQI and Thailand on International Accreditation Forum Working Group on Persons Certification (ISO/IEC17024).
