Served on the Auckland Association of Hairdressers Committee for over 20 years including terms as both Vice President and President.
Member of the NZARH Executive Committee including serving as both Vice President and President of the association.
Member of the HITO Board.
New Zealand World Skills trainer and judge.
Mentor and advanced skills trainer to industry apprentices.
Awarded the NZARH Award of Merit for service to the hairdressing industry in 2010.
Has worked as an educator and demonstration stylist internationally.
Worked on major fashion shows throughout New Zealand.
Award winning fashion designer.
Competed at every level of the industry competitions.
David credits his involvement at all levels of the New Zealand hairdressing industry to his passion to share his knowledge and skills, all of which he says would not have been possible without the support and unrecognized contribution of his husband Wayne.
